form to identify the types of waste at each process step and to quantify and
color-code the degree of the waste.
How-to
Open the tables and select
existing activities from a process map or enter process steps manually.
Evaluate each of the waste
categories for each process step. Use a 0-9 scale, where 9 indicates total
waste and 0 indicated no observed waste. Values have the following color code.
