The Appearance Approval Report
answers the following questions.
- Does the appearance of the final product match the customer's expectations?
- Do all aspects of the final product's color, texture, hue, and so on adhere to
the requirements of the design?
Complete this form with the customer.
- Enter all relevant customer information.
- Select at least one reason for the submission.
- With the customer, evaluate the appearance of the product and, upon
approval, have the customer sign and date the report.
- Document any necessary details related to appearance.
