You can apply Quick Fill to a Text Box or a Numeric Box control in a Data-Entry Table.
When you apply Quick Fill to a form control in Design mode, users in Fill Out mode can select the Quick Fill button 
and choose from a list of values for faster and more consistent data entry.
- In Design mode, double-click the form control to edit.
- In the Properties dialog box, select the Quick Fill tab, then choose one of the following options, if they are available.
- Data Source Quick Fill
The list of values are defined by the data source that the data field is connected to, for example, the Name field in the Team Member category.
- Custom List Quick Fill
The list of values are defined in Design mode.
- Column Quick Fill
The list of values are defined by the user as they enter values in Fill Out mode.
- Pairwise Quick Fill
- Display values from the rows and columns in a table at an intersecting cell. This option is available only when the following criteria are met.
- The text box or the numeric box is in an intersecting row and column of a data-entry table.
- The rows and columns are connected to the same data table.
- Each row has an equivalent and corresponding column, which happens only when the same filter conditions are applied.
