A quality engineer at a company that makes plastic pipes is concerned about the consistency of the pipe diameters. The engineer measures 10 pipes a week for three weeks from each of two machines.
Because this data contains three columns of the same type of measurement data (pipe diameters), you can use it to demonstrate graphs of Multiple Y’s, such as Bar Chart of A function of a variable, Boxplot, Individual Value Plot, Interval Plot, Dotplot, and other commands that analyze unstacked data.
