Use the VOC Summary form to develop critical customer requirements from the voice-of-the-customer data you collect in the VOC Plan.
The VOC Summary answers the following questions.
  • What are the key customer issues?
  • What are the critical customer requirements?
  • How can you ensure that you meet the critical customer requirements?

How-to

  1. Have a cross-functional team complete the form to ensure that each section contains accurate and comprehensive data.
  2. Enter a conclusion of the team's analysis of the data, how it fits into the VOC plan, and any required actions.
