Determine which equipment would benefit from preventative maintenance.
Determine when preventative maintenance is required based on cycle count, elapsed time, or parameter value.
Document the preventative maintenance requirements and obtain agreement from the maintenance team.
Record a link to the reference document that establishes the preventative maintenance.
