Perform a nonparametric analysis for paired samples

Calculate the differences and then perform a 1-Sample Wilcoxon test on the differences.

Suppose the data are in C1 and C2, and C3 is empty:
  1. Choose Calc > Calculator.
  2. In Store result in variable, enter C3.
  3. In Expression, enter C1 - C2. Click OK.
  4. Choose Stat > Nonparametrics > 1-Sample Wilcoxon.
  5. In Variables, enter C3.
  6. Choose Test median.
  7. Click OK.
