You can view, sort, and edit all of the data that you add to a process map in an area of the Project Manager called Process Map Data. In some installations of Qeystone Tools, Process Map Data may not be available in the Project Manager.

Sort, move, and show/hide columns

Complete any of the following actions:

Action Instructions
Sort by a column Click the column header.
Move a column Drag the column header to the new location.
Show or hide a column Right-click the column header and check or uncheck the column name.
Resize a column Drag a border in the column header.

Use sequence IDs

The sequence ID represents the order in which a shape, or activity, is added on a process map. You can sort process data by sequence IDs in Process Map Data and in forms. If the order of shapes on the process map changes, you can change the sequence IDs to reflect the new order.

Tip

If you add a new shape between existing shapes, instead of changing all of the sequence IDs to reflect the new order, add a letter to two of the sequence IDs. For example, if you add a new shape between shape 5 and shape 6, change the sequence ID for the new shape to 5b and the sequence ID for shape 5 to 5a.
