Logging has been disabled

When you start Minitab 17, you might encounter the following error: Unable to open the licensing log file C:\ProgramData\Minitab\SingleUserLicenseUtility.txt. Logging has been disabled.

This occurs if you choose the Run As Administrator option the first time that you start the program. To resolve this issue, delete the SingleUserLicenseUtility.txt file, which is located at: C:\ProgramData\Minitab\.

Note

ProgramData is a hidden folder, by default.
